Get in touch with us immediately. Email us, but also, send us a DM on Instagram. Entering the correct address at checkout is your responsibility and we can't guarantee that your message will be seen in time for an edit so please do not delay!

 

AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT. WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

Our pins are almost always limited edition so if an item is sold out it won't typically be restocked.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

Your payment can take up to 3 business days to process. For North American orders, shipping time is typically 3-15 business days. For international orders, shipping time is typically 10-25 business days but can take up to 90 business days in worse case scenarios.

I HAVE MULTIPLE ORDERS PLACED; CAN YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?

If orders are placed on the same day, they may be eligible for order combination. However, partial refunds for shipping amount cannot be issued due to the transaction fees associated being almost equal to the value of the shipping cost.
